Greek Yogurt Honey Parfait
Layered Greek yogurt with honey, granola, and seasonal fresh fruit.
The parfait proves that sometimes the simplest things are the best. Thick Greek yogurt, good honey, crunchy granola, and fresh fruit. Layer it in a glass to show off the beautiful stripes.

Stir vanilla into yogurt

Prepare fruit: hull and slice strawberries, dice mango

Begin layering: start with 2 tbsp granola at the base

Add a generous dollop of yogurt

Add a layer of mixed fruit

Repeat layers until glasses are full ending with fruit

Add a final drizzle of honey

Scatter seeds if using
